Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms apply to the KliCash service and this website. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. What the service does

KliCash is a WhatsApp assistant for small service businesses. It answers the business's customers on WhatsApp, understands the problem, gives a price estimate from the business's price list, offers free time slots, books the appointment and alerts the business owner.

When the owner misses a phone call, the caller gets an SMS with a WhatsApp link so the assistant can continue the conversation there.

2. Estimates are not final prices

Any price the assistant gives is an estimate only, based on the price list the business owner set and the information the customer provided. The final price is set by the business owner, usually after seeing the job in person.

KliCash is not responsible for differences between an estimate and the final price.

3. The business owner's responsibilities

The business owner is responsible for:

  • Providing a correct, up-to-date price list
  • Keeping their availability up to date in the calendar
  • Honoring booked appointments, or updating the customer if something changes
  • Handling requests passed to them, including urgent ones
  • Following the law with their own customers, including privacy and messaging rules

The work itself, its quality and payment for it are between the business owner and their customer.

4. Urgent cases

When a request looks urgent, the assistant doesn't try to handle it alone; it passes it to the business owner. However, we can't guarantee that every urgent case will be recognized.

KliCash is not an emergency service. If there is a danger to life or property, call Israel Police on 100, Magen David Adom on 101 or the Fire Service on 102 immediately.

5. The assistant can make mistakes

The assistant is AI-based. It uses only the business owner's price list and availability, but it can misunderstand a message. The business owner gets a summary of every request and should review it.

6. Payment

The service has a one-time setup fee and a monthly plan. Prices, payment terms and cancellation terms are set out in the quote you receive from us.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, KliCash is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost income, missed jobs or missed appointments.

In any case, KliCash's total liability will not exceed the amount paid to it for the service in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

8. This website

Content on this website is for general information. Examples on the site, including the example conversation and its prices, are for illustration only.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
