Accessibility Statement

Last updated:

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities. The site was built to meet Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

1. What we've done

  • A clear structure with headings, landmarks and descriptive links that works with screen readers
  • Full keyboard navigation, with a clearly visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link
  • Color contrast that meets level AA, and no information conveyed by color alone
  • Text that can be enlarged to 200% without losing content
  • Layouts for phones, tablets and computers
  • Correct text direction: right-to-left in Hebrew and left-to-right in English
  • Respect for your device's reduced-motion setting
  • Text descriptions for meaningful illustrations
  • FAQ answers that open and close by click or keyboard

2. What isn't perfect yet

We have tested the site ourselves, but there may be issues we haven't found yet. If you run into a problem, please tell us so we can fix it.

3. Browsers and assistive technology

The site is designed to work in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, and with common screen readers.

4. Contact us about accessibility

Found an accessibility problem, or need information from the site in another way? Email us at klicash@klicash.com, describe the problem and which page it's on, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
